Referee Fee Included in League Templated#105

On the Match/League Templates, adding the match fee and how much travel is paid could be useful if you officate in multiple Leagues

I agree and put in a different template feature request to allow notes for specific rule modification notes to follow the templates. Eg no headers, all kicks indirect, build out line
