I would like my matches - or at least the activity from my matches - to be synced to Strava. Strava is a fitness tracking and social networking app designed for athletes and with more than 100 million users. It allows users to record and analyze activities like running, cycling, and swimming using GPS data, and then share their workouts with friends and other athletes.
Furthermore it would be nice to also allow information about the result to be added to the activity description on Strava. Only stuff like the score and the participating teams.
Why? First of all, I like to keep track of all my activities in one place. I like to share my activity with my friends. Secondly, it can work as a great (and free) commercial platform for your app.
I have a garmin watch and my garmin / strava accounts are connected, so when I launch refsix from there, my games all get exported as soccer events from garmin to strava. Not sure which device you’re using but this kind of does exist for activity information, not for score or teams.
Jealous. I’m using an Apple Watch and even though RefSix transfers my activities to the acitvity app then these kind of activities are not shared to Strava. It is like it does not read them. But even if they did I would still like to have the activities shared to Strava with some match details.
When I launch refsix on my garmin watch, it only shares because I have my Garmin and Strava accounts linked, so theoretically if your apple watch is saving games as an “activity” somewhere, I’m sure that you could export from there and import to Strava, or link those two accounts somehow. RefSix is not natively importing them. Sorry it took me two months to remember that, but hopefully it helps!
