Subs limit#30

Don’t allow unlimited subs, allow me to put the limits in before a match.

This would also need to cater for competition rules that allow an extra sub if the game goes into extra time.

Can we also have a toggle to prevent repeat substitutions (rolling subs) as well as a maximum cap?

Adding more details to Daniel’s request: Some competitions not only limit the number of substitutions (e.g,. 7), but also limit the total number of times (“moments”) a substitution can happen (to, for example, 5 times throughout the game), and no more than a certain amount each half (e.g., 3).
