Penalty Shoot#325

Please fix the pen shoot out. It must be 5/5 kicks then sudden death.

At the moment the count only goes up to 4. There must be a button or a promt saying would you like to enter sudden death after the (5/5 kicks for both teams have been taken).

After there is a clear winner the pen shoot out must automatically stop

Yes, used it for the first time in a few tournaments and my pen and paper showed a clear winner while the app did not. It would have let me keep going.

Just did a tournament best of 3 pk, so a variable number would be good.

Also, it let me duplicate kickers. I used player 1 for all kicks as a test.
