Game Pause Option#506

In Canada, we have a strict lightning policy; if lightning (or thunder) occurs during a match, the match is suspended for 30 minutes from the last weather event.

I would like to pause the match, with a programmable timer that could be reset (lightning happens again, reset the counter again).

This is not the same as adding time to a match.

Id be in favour of the pause, but leave the timer out of the referee app - look at your watch and note the time.

A lightning delay button would be good.
