An alarm for penalty winner#571

When a second yellow is shown to a player, R6 does a great job of giving an alarm and making me confirm it’s a sending off.

I’d like a similar alarm to go off when one team has won penalties. I did a test and it just had 5-3 with no confirmation that one team had won the match.

Would be a great addition.
