Stop all clocks together! E.g weather interruption#626

If clock is stopped for weather or any other event needed, the stoppage time and match time continues. When recording goals/cards, the timestamps are all messed up. Stoping all clocks together would take care of it.
This is also important when doing university games in US where we need to stop the clock for certain events.

Honestly not sure why this isn’t already in the app. Weather delays happen in any parts of the world.

To me this is a deal breaker. Super annoying to have a delay and you have all your information recorded incorrectly. I might not renew my sub because of that and I haven’t seen any progress to fix this problem.
