Save Timer Configuration with Match Setup and Match Templates#679

Please allow the match template to determine the timer configuration. Ideally, when entering or editing a match, the Match Setup section would include the timer options to be used for that particular match. The user would select the Timer 1, Timer 2, and Timer 3 options from drop-downs, exactly as they do from Settings > Timer options.

Use Case: In the US, referees often move between NCAA/NFHS (count-down, no stoppage) and IFAB/USSF (elapsed, stoppage) matches from one day to the next. This requires a referee to change the timer settings in the phone before each match.
