Futsal Mode#76

Create a unique futsal mode that can work with rolling and stop clock matches.

Also needs the ability to keep track of 5 accumulated fouls and an indicator that you are in “acculumated fouls” mode.

Similar modes are needed for many indoor leagues along with the Blue Card temporary dismissal

Also, given the pace of futsal, and an option not record goal type or the need to confirm you wish to actually record a goal. 2 extra clicks are 4 seconds wasted.
