3 opportunities - 5 substitutes#798

Would it be possible to add a feature where you can indicate in game creation if there is a maximum amount of stoppages for subs. We in most leagues here in wales have 5 substitutions allowed in 3 stoppages excluding half time.

I agree this feature would be very useful. I know there are referees in NI who don’t use RefSix specifically because this feature is missing.
