Add bookmarks to game#933

I would like to be able to add a “bookmark” to a game.

The context for this is that in my match yesterday, I had to stop the game due to trouble in the crowd. In RefSix, I have no way of knowing the time that this occured for my match report.

There is also the ability to use this as a developmental tool as “key” decisions a referee might want to revisit could also be bookmarked.

In addition to the above, stylistically, I think it should replace “End half” as the primary option in that menu, with “End half” becoming the second item in that menu.

There is a workaround for this by adding a match event such as a nonsense substitution, or a red card to number 99 or similar, but there is always the chance that by adding a match event that human error happens and a mistake is made

I would prefer when i hit the stop/start clock button if it would just note event. Then i can go back and edit on my phone
