Remember referees you've worked with#240

When creating a new game, you get auto fill options when you’ve typed a few letters for; level, field, and teams based on info you have previously used. Please add that for referees, so it can fill in guys and gals you’ve worked with previously instead of typing their full names every time

Good ideas .. also see request #27 and maybe upvote that one.
