Sync to Assistant refs / record whistle blows#284

If the assistant refs have ref six - can we link the main referees watch to the assistance some how and so whenever the referee puts data in it already appears on their watch too.

Can ref six implement a microphone or / activate the watch microphone so that it records each time when the referee blows their whistle
