Ability to add referee and keeper colours#769

Hello,

It would be wonderful if we could add the different colours of referees and keepers. At the moment, I am manually adding the referee kit colours just for fun into notes so that I can see at the end of the year how many times I wore a certain kit. This does not have a big impact on the match, however would be fun to see. As for the keeper colours, it would be useful to manually enter them into the pre-game set up options so that while we are doing pre-match inspections, we can just double check with our watch, rather than going back to the referee changeroom to double check the correct keeper colour or writing down somewhere on our referee cards the correct keeper kit.

I would also like to see the app remember and prepopulate the team’s color based on their last choice.
