Team Colours#1112

Consolidated requests for Team Colours:

1. Allow for more colour options
2. Allow for two colours to be selected for teams
3. Teams retain colours from previous matches
4. Record referee colours
5. Goalkeeper Colours
6. Expand to shorts and socks

Could you add the ability to set kit colors in a template? Example: visitor teams in US NFHS always wear solid white. Home team color changes, but being able to set something like that would be helpful.
