Team sheet/ referee colour/ 2nd colour option for teams#833

1) When submitting a team sheet and there are subs , please do not re order automatically to numerical order! It screws up when you try and do subs in the match

2) add feature for referee colours

3) teams often have two colours in their jersey here in aus so it would be cool to be able to add a second colour to the team kit
